Extreme Lifestyle partners reserve the right to refuse benefits and discounts if positive membership validity cannot be established.

New Extreme Lifestyle partners may be added to the programme from time to time in which event members will be advised by e-mail or sms of the applicable benefit or discount. Details of new partners will also be carried on Extreme Lifestyle’s website.

Extreme Lifestyle must be notified immediately in the event of a membership card being lost or stolen.

Extreme Lifestyle must be advised in writing of changes to personal address or banking details.

In terms of cancellations of memberships, 1 month’s calendar notice shall be given to Extreme Lifestyle.

An Extreme Lifestyle membership is a subscription service and not a contract, thus the member has the right to cancel his or her membership at any time providing that 1 month’s calendar notice is given to Extreme Lifestyle.

Extreme Lifestyle is charged strictly by debit order at a monthly cost of R39 or R49 including an ExtremeMail e-mail account respectively. There is a once off activation fee of R99 that is charged to the member.

Regarding Extreme Lifestyle’s buy-1-get-1-free voucher with So Music. This can be redeemed in the checkout process of the So Music website. The terms provided by So Music are that the cheaper title out of the two ordered is discounted up to the value of R200. To redeem this discount the member is to enter their membership number in the checkout process (cellphone number) to benefit from the discount.

All PARTNERS within the Extreme Lifestyle platform clearly state the way in which redemption must occur. NB that some partners have to be contacted directly in order to make use of a certain discount or benefit, others have a process whereby Extreme Lifestyle’s contact centre must be reached.

Extreme Lifestyle does not send out a membership card post sale. A SMS and e-mail notification is sent out to the customer post sale guiding them to the webpage / call centre to redeem their membership card.

Extreme Lifestyle will in no way be held liable / responsible for the loss in discount or any problem with Infinity.

Terms and Conditions of an Extreme Lifestyle Loan Phone:

Loan phones will be granted for period of 21 days on proof that a phone has been submitted for repairs at an Authorized Repair Centre.

In the event of a loan phone being subjected to any unauthorized repairs, alterations, abuse, neglect, stolen, lost or damaged by any willful acts on the user’s part, the borrower will be liable for the full cost of the phone.

If the phone is lost - the customer will need an Affidavit from the police stating his phone is lost thus he can qualify for the loan phone.

If the phone is stolen - the customer will need a case number from the police station thus he can qualify for the loan phone.
If the phone is damaged - the customer will need to send his phone to an authorized repair centre thus he can qualify for the loan phone.

Extreme Lifestyle will serve notice of collection by courier on the borrower on the 21st day of the loan period.

If a borrower wishes to retain the loan phone after 21 days, they will be liable for the full cost of the unit.

Borrowers will be required to provide Extreme Lifestyle with a copy of their ID document.
